Vickie graduated cosmetology school in 1974 and purchased her business in downtown Wauconda in 1986. Over the years, Vickie has been a very accomplished member in the community, including involvement with the Wauconda Chamber of Commerce, Wauconda Rotary Club, Lions Club, Business Exchange, and is a Young Living Essential Oils Distributor.
In 2025, Vickie earned the Lifetime Achievement Award from the Wauconda Area Chamber of Commerce for her contributions to the community.Â

Vickie is looking forward to retirement and is not currently accepting any new clients, but will still be present in the salon for many years to come.Â
